Request that we delete your data
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to ask us to erase any personal data we hold about you. This page is how you do that. You do not need an account, and you do not need to give a reason.
What you can request
- Waitlist deletion — Remove your email from our pre-launch waitlist
- Account deletion (once the product launches) — Delete your MessengerMate Pro account, all connected-account metadata, all message history, and all billing records (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Specific data deletion — Delete only certain pieces of data (e.g. one connected Page, one date range of messages)
How long it takes
We complete most requests within 7 days. The legal maximum is 30 days, and we will email you when the deletion is complete.
If we cannot delete certain data because of a legal retention requirement (e.g. Philippine BIR records for paid invoices, retained 7 years), we will tell you exactly what is being kept and why.
How to request deletion
Use the form below. Enter the email address you signed up with, optionally tell us why you're leaving, and we'll remove you from our waitlist immediately and notify our privacy team for any further deletion needed.
If you'd rather email us directly, write to privacy@messengermatepro.com with the email address you want deleted and what you want removed. We will reply within 24 business hours.
What happens after you submit
- We confirm receipt by email within 24 business hours
- We verify ownership of the email address (usually by replying-to-confirm)
- We delete the data across our systems and notify our sub-processors (Resend, Cloudflare, the LLM provider) where they hold copies
- We email you when complete, with a summary of what was deleted and what (if anything) was retained for legal reasons
